Director of Chiropractic to lead our team and provide exceptional patient care.  This role offers a structured schedule consisting of 2 administrative days and 3 patient care days per week, balancing clinical excellence with operational leadership.

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Chief Operations Officer (DCOO), the Chiropractic Director (CD) is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of chiropractic services at UHC. The CD will supervise Clinical staff providing sound guidance and direction for chiropractic services. This position combines direct service with hands-on administrative responsibilities in support of the chiropractic program. Working as a collaborative partner with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the CD provides real-time analysis and recommendations for improvement in clinical operations across multiple levels/functions.

  • Assist with the coordination of chiropractic services
  • Collaborate with the CMO and clinical administration
  • Provide chiropractic services
  • Participate in organizational administration
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for Chiropractic staff
  • Participate and assist in oversite of the chiropractic chart audit and QI review process
  • Complete and deliver annual evaluations for Chiropractors
  • Participate in the recruitment, interview, and selection of Chiropractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Chief Operations Officer (DCOO)

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

  • Graduation from an accredited university or school with a D.C. degree

 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

  • Possess a valid CA Driver's License.
  • Possess a valid Chiropractor License

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years + experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.

 

The salary wage range that UHC reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire starts at $130,000.00 a year plus bonus. Our competitive salaries are dependent on knowledge, skills and experience. The base pay does not include other forms of compensation and/or incentives.
